1. Download any Theme of "epf" format.
2.  Eclipse>File>Import>General>Preferences>next
3.  Select the ".epf" File>Finish

Removing the Theme : 

1. Goto : workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings". 
2. Delete all the contents
3. Restart Eclipse
